Doran George’s latest work My Body is my Document was commissioned for
the Arnolfini Breathing Space programme, Bristol (1999).
 Prior to this Doran has toured his solo work across UK and Europe appearing at the Dutch National Conference on Transgender; International Days of Art and Culture, Vienna and the Pride Arts Festival, London.
 He has appeared in the films The Grass is Greener - a queer romantic comedy (1998) and The Fragile Skin - a dyke horror movie (1999).
 Doran has recently been programming live arts for the International Transgender Film & Video Festival.
 Doran studied at the European Dance Development Centre, Arnhem, Netherlands and is a graduate of the Experimental Dance Course at Bretton Hall, University of Leeds. Doran holds an MA. (Feminist Performance) from the Department of Drama, Bristol University.
